Why my coupon code doesn't work?

Can't redeem code? Here's a few tips to troubleshoot it:

1. Make sure your cart meet the discount requirements. (e.g. Minimum purchase amount, coupon's validity etc.)
2. Spellcheck the coupon code you input.
3. Delete and input again the coupon code in cart screen.
4. Kill and relaunch Snaptee App.

Still have problem on redeeming the coupon code? Please send us:

• Username
• Device OS(iOS or Android etc.)
• Coupon code that you are trying to redeem
• Your order number (SNAP-XXXXXXXXXX) if you already placed the order.
