What is the general lead time for an order?

Why didn't I receive the good I ordered ?

Five working days have been passed,and no notice has been received!

It's been almost 2 weeks and my order hasn't shipped. I only ordered one shirt what gives?

It's been 7 days and no update on having my order printed. Snaptee Ltd receipt [#1610-7647]. You were fair enough to grant me a discount which was effective the day after my order was placed. Maybe we should have applied that savings to a rush-order status. Moreover... maybe I should have used Zazzle instead!
