Do I keep the rights to my artwork?

I did not turn on Remix option but someone else use my design. What can I do ?

Hi, before using your app I wished to check what are your actions when illegal remixes are found. Do you engage on deleting accounts of those who reuse designs without permission? Do you try and find out these illegal reuse? Someone has added about this and seems not to have had an answer since last september. This dors not seem promising to me in terms of customer support. Thanks.
