Each Snaptee product is checked by Snaptee QC Team before we ship it to your doorstep to make sure it’s defect-free and in perfect condition.

We stand by our product quality and that's why we promise to reprint your masterpiece Snaptee products if you ever receive any defective or sub-standard Snaptee products that fall within our responsibility. We printed in a wrong size that’s not what you asked for? Is the print drastically different from your preview on screen? Rest assured, we will make it right for you.
- Cotton products would have a slight change in size upon departure from the factory due to its natural elastic property, so customers should allow 5% shirt size & 2cm printing position tolerance.
- A slight degree of color variation from digital screen preview is expected to be inevitable. Between digital input and color printing output, factors such as different display screen models, degree of screen degradation, color temperature, color of illuminating light etc. would contribute to slight color variations. These factors would add up along the production process and result in the slight color difference in the end product.
One thing we do want to share with you is that, unlike other traditional fashion company, all Snaptee products are custom-printed, one-of-a-kind creations, no Snaptee products would or can be refurbished and then get put back up on shelf. That makes our return policy a bit different from traditional fashion industry.
While it’s common for other fashion company to allow returning and swapping unused items for free, whether it’s swapping another design, product type or size etc., these options are not available in our case. The reason is that in Snaptee, we really can't just clean your personalised clothing and put it back on the shelf.
As a result, every single one of the returned items is destined to end up in a landfill, without serving through a normal life cycle that it ought to. The energy and resources required to make this beautiful masterpiece would just go along directly to landfill. We want to avoid this so we only print-on-demand, trying our best to empower everyone to get what they really love, nothing more, nothing less while reducing the impact on the environment as much as possible. We humbly ask for your effort to reduce wastage. Just by making your choice carefully before purchase, but not after, can make a big difference.
We have been and will keep going extra miles to make sure Snaptee is your best personalised clothing experience. How to apply?
If you have any questions regarding product quality, please contact us WITHIN 10 DAYS of receiving Snaptee products (according to the delivery date on the tracking record) to apply for a reprint.
To apply, just submit the followings by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Pictures showing the defective parts of the unused Snaptee products
- Your order number and username
- The screencap of your original Snaptee Design that you ordered
We will evaluate your claim based on the evidence you submit. If your claim is approved, just mail back the defective product to us and we will make appropriate reprint or refund as soon as possible.
Please note that customers would be responsible for the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, we recommend customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the products to us.
Also, returning item(s) without advance communication WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and NO REFUND OR REPRINT WILL BE ISSUED.
