I ordered my shirt for weeks, why I still cannot receive it?

    I was supposed to receive it on the 17th it's now the 20th and still no shirt I'm wondering what happened to my money too is it refundable if I don't receive my shirt?

    Hello, I should've 2 tees sent to my address on Aug 15, but since I wasn't at home at that time, the tracking website showed that “Delivery incomplete (recipient not available - addressee notified of collection at post office)”. However, I still haven't got any notification of collecting my tees after a week. I wonder where my tees are and I would like to collect them before Aug 26. If my tees are returned to your office could we have an arrangement for collecting them right in your office? Thanks.
